UAE Ramadan working hours announced

With Ramadan beginning this week, the working hours for the public sector that is, government and ministry employees will be from 9 am to 2 pm as confirmed by the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources. The private sector’s hours have yet to be announced but people can expect normal working hours to be shortened by two hours. Ramadan is expected to start on May 17.
