Ariana Grande Will Not Be Performing At the Grammys 2019 But These Stars Will!

February 9, 2019

We’ve pre-booked our seats on the couch and can’t wait for the the 2019 Grammy Awards to air! The excitement has a lot to do with who’ll take home the golden gramophones and also, the artist lineup of performances is impressive! There’s one more reason we’re excited and that’s because for the first time ever, we’ll be viewing a female-dominated artist lineup!

From Katy Perry to Miley Cyrus to Carbi B and many more, the extensive list is crazy good! Much awaited duets to some tribute performances, the hype is real; there’s the much-awaited Lady Gaga and Mark Ronson duet, and then there’s a Dolly Parton tribute by Miley Cyrus and Shawn Mendes that’s sure to be a tear-jerker.

Here is the complete list of performances at Grammy 2019

But like any serving of entertainment, there’s a side of controversy and this time, its Ariana. The ‘thank u, next’ star allegedly backed out of the Grammys when she was denied to perform “7 rings” on stage. Grammys producer Ken Ehrlich went on to say that the reason she backed out was because he “felt it was too late for her to pull something together”. However, Ariana wasn’t having these lies and promptly replied fired back.

While we’ll certainly miss the star on stage, we’ve got her new album “thank u, next” to get us through the weekend. Including the “Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I’m Bored”. Have you seen it yet?
